These Terms govern your use of hightractionleads.com and the marketing services offered by High Traction. By using the website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. A signed proposal, order form, or service agreement may include additional terms. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
Services
High Traction provides website, lead follow-up, review, search optimization, advertising management, automation, and related marketing services. The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees will be confirmed before work begins.
No guaranteed results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market demand, client responsiveness, advertising platforms, and search engine changes. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, lead volume, revenue amount, or business result. Examples, estimates, and testimonials are not promises of future performance.
Fees, billing, and cancellation
Prices shown on the website are general marketing information and may change. Your approved proposal or order will state the amount due and billing schedule. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, recurring services are month to month and may be cancelled before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current billing period or completed work are nonrefundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, and access needed to perform the work.
- Confirm that you have rights to all text, images, trademarks, customer lists, and other materials you provide.
- Use the services lawfully and honor applicable privacy, advertising, communication, and industry rules.
- Review deliverables and notify us promptly of errors or requested changes.
Ownership and access
Your domain name, Google Business Profile, customer reviews, and materials you provide remain yours. High Traction retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, software, workflows, processes, know-how, and reusable components. Websites, hosting, automations, and managed systems provided through an active plan remain available while the plan is current unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Third-party services
Our services may connect with third-party platforms such as Google, Cal.com, email providers, customer relationship management systems, hosting providers, and advertising networks. Their separate terms and policies apply. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or other actions taken by a third party. Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platform unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Communications
When you submit a form, you authorize High Traction to respond by phone, text, or email regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape restricted areas, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Disclaimer
The website and any free tools or audits are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Traction disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Traction will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the website or services. High Traction's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid High Traction for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the website or services change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
